Product Data Analyst
About the Opportunity:
Are you obsessed with data integrity, experimentation, and uncovering what truly drives customer value?
We’re looking for a Product Data Analyst to join our remote team and take full ownership of how we test, measure, and optimize customer lifetime value. You’ll play a critical role in guiding strategic decisions through deep cohort analysis, tagging accuracy, and funnel experimentation.
If you're passionate about getting under the hood of customer behavior, validating insights with clean, trusted data, and proposing data-backed tests to improve long-term value, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage LTV testing frameworks: Tag customer cohorts, monitor test/control groups, and validate long-term value trends across funnels.
- Design and interpret A/B and multivariate tests to understand what impacts retention, upsells, and overall LTV.
- Audit data pipelines and tagging logic to ensure tracking accuracy and identify anomalies or gaps in customer data.
- Analyze LTV curves, retention cohorts, and conversion events to surface insights and trends that drive business growth.
- Propose and prioritize high-impact experiments based on results, customer segmentation, and performance trends.
- Collaborate with growth, product, and marketing teams to align testing strategies and translate insights into action.
- Build clean, self-serve dashboards and visual reports to make performance data accessible and decision-ready.
- Monitor data health and integrity proactively across multiple test cohorts and tools.
- Stay current on testing best practices, attribution modeling, and customer lifecycle analytics trends.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience analyzing customer lifecycle or LTV data in a growth or product setting.
- Strong SQL skills — able to independently query and validate data across large datasets.
- Deep understanding of customer journeys, retention funnels, and monetization strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex trends into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience validating data integrity and cohort accuracy — not just analyzing outcomes but questioning assumptions.
- Bonus: Knowledge of statistical analysis methods (e.g., confidence intervals, p-values, lift).
- Bonus: Familiarity with ecommerce, subscription models, or digital funnels is highly valued.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment and collaborating across functions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $140K - $160K Salary + A Generous Annual Bonus Structure
- Fully Remote Position - Work from Anywhere
- Flexible Schedule & Unlimited Vacation Time
- Performance-Based Incentives, Perks, and Annual Bonuses
- $25k Electric Vehicle Purchasing Incentive
- Solar Panel Incentive For Your Home
- Cutting-Edge Tools, Technology & Training Opportunities
- Collaborative and Innovative Culture
