What You'll Lead & Accomplish

Project Leadership

  • Spearhead multi-million dollar construction projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules with critical milestone tracking
  • Drive seamless coordination across design, procurement, construction, startup, and commissioning phases
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional quality standards

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead cross-functional project teams including superintendents, engineers, and trade contractors
  • Select, coordinate, and manage high-performing subcontractor teams
  • Maintain clear communication channels with owners, architects, and internal stakeholders
  • Influence key decisions through strong leadership and collaborative problem-solving

Strategic Project Control

  • Develop and manage project budgets to maximize profitability and meet contractual obligations
  • Identify potential risks early and implement proactive contingency strategies
  • Issue subcontracts and purchase orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Secure necessary permits and licenses while ensuring contract compliance
  • Execute comprehensive project closeout processes for seamless handover

What You Bring to the Team

Professional Experience

  • 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience
  • Proven track record in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Distribution construction (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Civil Engineering (preferred)

Technical Expertise

  • Strong foundation in construction methodologies and industry best practices
  • Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control systems
  • Understanding of permit processes and contract administration
  • Knowledge of startup and commissioning procedures

Leadership & Communication

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive team performance
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
