About the Role

What You'll Do
- Partner with Project Managers to drive project success through effective contract administration, change order management, and submittal processing
- Support project financial planning by helping determine resource needs and allocation for people, equipment, and materials
- Participate in preconstruction services, including cost analysis and reporting
- Take ownership of complex trade coordination and documentation
- Engage in project planning meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions with stakeholders
- Help maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
Your Background
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of construction project experience
- Strong proficiency with construction technology and software including:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bluebeam
- OnScreen Takeoff
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
