What You’ll Be Doing

Outbound Prospecting with a Purpose

  • High-Energy Calling: Make 100+ outbound calls daily, turning cold prospects into warm opportunities.
  • Discover Opportunities: Use your detective skills to identify decision-makers, spark curiosity, and schedule impactful conversations.
  • Strategize Your Approach: Leverage data insights to tailor your outreach for maximum engagement and conversion.

In-Person Connection & Market Presence

  • Show Up Where It Matters: Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events, becoming the face of our brand.
  • Build Real Relationships: Meet prospects, partners, and industry leaders, leaving lasting impressions that translate into opportunities.
  • Gather Intel: Bring back market insights, feedback, and trends to share with our team and refine our strategies.

Be a Driving Force for Growth

  • Own the Pipeline: Track, nurture, and qualify leads, ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
  • Collaborate with Leaders: Work closely with our division heads to align efforts and contribute to larger growth strategies.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 2-5+ years in outbound sales, SDR, or a similar role where you crushed call goals and thrived in fast-paced environments.
  • Skills That Shine:
  • A knack for making meaningful connections, both over the phone and in person.
  • A natural ability to adapt your pitch and conversation style to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator to streamline your workflow.

  • You’re curious, always asking questions and learning about the needs of your prospects.
