About the Role

Join a growing leader in the concrete technology industry as our Production and Operations Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee daily manufacturing operations while driving both operational excellence and business growth through strategic leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day plant operations to deliver exceptional product quality and customer satisfaction
  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize workflow, resource allocation, and production efficiency
  • Develop and maintain systems that maximize productivity while minimizing costs and waste
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while fostering a positive workplace environment
  • Collaborate with corporate management on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
  • Oversee logistics including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
  • Expand market presence through industry engagement, including training workshops and presentations to architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Build expertise in specialized product lines and application technologies
  • Conduct site visits to document projects utilizing company products
