Senior Manager/Supervisor

A leading family-owned national general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their Atlanta team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide executive-level leadership on large, complex projects while serving as the main client interface. This builder offers the stability of a family-owned organization with the resources of a top-ranked GC and a strong track record delivering high-profile projects across sports, aviation, healthcare, civic, and mission critical markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee projects valued at $75M+ or multiple large projects as the Senior Project Manager of record
  • Lead client relationships, serving as the executive-level point of contact throughout project delivery
  • Develop and manage project staffing plans and mentor project teams
  • Direct strategy for project execution, scheduling, budgets, forecasting, and risk management
  • Oversee change management, contract negotiations, and pursuit planning with marketing/business development teams
  • Ensure project safety, quality, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships

What You Bring

  • 10+ years GC experience (with proven record leading $75M+ projects as Senior Project Manager)
  • Proven record managing complex projects $75M+ in value
  • Experience in one or more sectors: sports/recreation, healthcare, aviation, civic, or mission critical/data centers
  • Strong leadership, client-facing, and communication skills at the executive level
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
