Senior Manager/Supervisor

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a leading general contractor with a strong presence across the Southeast. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and client-facing representation for assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects in industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, manufacturing, aviation, sports/recreation, and public sector facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects ranging from $50M to $200M+.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents.

  • Serve as the primary client point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners.

  • Oversee project staffing plans, subcontractor selection, buyout, and contract negotiations.

  • Manage all financial aspects of the project, including budgets, change management, and forecasting.

  • Ensure safety standards, quality control, and compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Support pursuit and business development efforts, including proposal input and participation in interviews.

  • Direct closeout and turnover activities to ensure successful completion of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 12–15+ years of commercial construction experience, including at least 5 years in a Senior Project Manager role.

  • Proven ability to manage large, complex projects ($50M+), ideally in sectors such as industrial, healthcare, mission critical, sports/recreation, aviation, or government/municipal.

  • Strong background in design-build or CM-at-risk delivery models.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.

  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred).

  • Willingness to travel regionally as required (project-based).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary, generally $120K–$165K+ based on experience
