Essential Functions

  • Lead comprehensive safety programs across multiple construction sites, focusing on hazard prevention and regulatory compliance
  • Develop and implement strategic safety initiatives that align with company goals and industry best practices
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and safety audits to maintain the highest standards of workplace safety
  • Guide incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
  • Foster a culture of safety through engaging training programs and effective communication strategies
  • Partner with project executives and operations leadership to integrate safety into all aspects of construction

Qualifications

  • Professional experience in construction safety management, with expertise in high-rise, hospitality, or multi-family projects
  • OSHA 500 certification and CHST designation
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective safety programs
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Safety Management degree is valued
  • Demonstrated success in reducing workplace incidents and maintaining compliance
