Senior Manager/Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading general contractor with projects across the Southeast. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading large, complex projects from design through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget goals are achieved. This role is client-facing and requires strong leadership skills, financial oversight, and the ability to mentor and guide project teams.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in industrial, mission-critical/data centers, cold storage, healthcare, life sciences, food & beverage, and large-scale manufacturing projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from procurement and construction to commissioning and closeout.

  • Drive project execution to meet or exceed schedule, budget, and quality goals.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.

  • Oversee subcontractor selection, buyout, and performance.

  • Administer contracts, permits, licenses, and compliance requirements.

  • Serve as the primary client-facing project representative, managing communication and relationships.

  • Lead owner/architect/contractor (OAC) and subcontractor meetings.

  • Oversee project profitability, change orders, and financial reporting.

  • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior project staff and project managers.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.

  • Manage project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover deliverables.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 10–15+ years of project management experience with a general contractor.

  • Proven track record managing projects $50M–$200M+ in value.

  • Experience in design-build or CM-at-risk delivery models.

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-relations skills.

  • Ability to mentor, manage, and lead project teams.

  • Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
