We’re Hiring:  Marketing  Coordinator

A growing and well-established restaurant brand in Puerto Rico is looking for a  Marketing Coordinator to help drive community engagement, local campaigns, and brand visibility across multiple restaurant locations.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with franchise operators, manage marketing initiatives across the island, and help create local experiences that connect restaurants with their communities.

What You'll Do

• Manage and track the Marketing program, including monthly marketing investments across multiple restaurant locations
• Review marketing budgets, documentation, and invoices to ensure compliance and proper use of funds
• Collaborate on the creation and review of marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines
• Act as the bridge between franchise owners and the Marketing team
• Visit restaurant locations across Puerto Rico to support local promotions, campaigns, and community activations
• Help restaurants implement marketing ideas that increase traffic, engagement, and brand visibility

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, brand coordination, or account management
• Comfortable using design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar platforms
• Intermediate skills in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience working with franchise brands or multi-location businesses is a plus
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Someone who enjoys working both behind the scenes and in the field
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required
• Ability to travel across Puerto Rico when needed
