Manager/Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading general contractor with projects across the Southeast. The Project Manager will serve as a key representative of the company, responsible for overseeing projects from design through closeout while meeting client expectations for quality, schedule, and budget.

The right candidate will bring strong leadership, financial management, and client-facing skills with experience in industrial, data center, healthcare, cold storage, life sciences, manufacturing, or other large-scale commercial facilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the project team in developing and managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Drive project execution from procurement and construction through commissioning and closeout.

  • Select, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors for all project phases.

  • Develop and issue subcontracts, purchase orders, and risk/contingency plans.

  • Manage change orders, financial reporting, and overall project profitability.

  • Support Superintendents in day-to-day field execution.

  • Serve as the client-facing project representative, maintaining professional credibility and trust.

  • Ensure all safety, permitting, licensing, and compliance requirements are met.

  • Deliver consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8+ years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.

  • Proven track record managing projects $25M+ in value.

  • Strong technical and preconstruction background preferred.

  • Experience with design-build or CM-at-risk delivery methods.

  • OSHA 30 preferred.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
