Key Responsibilities:
- Support field operations by handling essential administrative tasks.
- Serve as a key liaison between the project team and various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
- Organize, maintain, and update critical project files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of reports, project plans, and scheduling.
- Provide clear and responsive communication and support to all team members.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role (construction industry experience preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and at all levels of management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction management tools (such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software) is a plus.
