Project Portfolio | Cartera de Proyectos

• Commercial and retail developments
• Mixed-use buildings
• Urban renewal projects
• Hospitality and tourism facilities
• Infrastructure improvements
• Historic building renovations

Key Responsibilities | Responsabilidades Principales

• Manage multiple construction projects throughout the San Juan metropolitan area
• Coordinate with local authorities, including San Juan Municipality and OGPE
• Oversee project budgets ranging from $5M to $25M
• Lead project teams and supervise subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Monitor project schedules and quality standards
• Maintain strong client relationships

Required Qualifications | Cualificaciones Requeridas

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of construction project management experience in Puerto Rico
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of San Juan building codes and permitting processes
• Experience with local subcontractor management
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
• Valid driver's license
