Key Responsibilities | Responsabilidades Principales
- Manage multiple construction projects throughout the San Juan metropolitan area
- Coordinate with local authorities, including San Juan Municipality and OGPE
- Oversee project budgets ranging from $5M to $25M
- Lead project teams and supervise subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Monitor project schedules and quality standards
- Maintain strong client relationships
Required Qualifications | Cualificaciones Requeridas
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of construction project management experience in Puerto Rico
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of San Juan building codes and permitting processes
- Experience with local subcontractor management
- Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
- Valid driver's license
